Everything has been tested works as it should as well as unit being up to date on service and all tires replaced in the last 5 years. Very clean inside and out and has no leaks/ de-lamination. This unit did incur damage from a storm to two spots on the drivers edge of the fiberglass roof and a small crack on the rear cap near the top (absolutely no water damage). We picked it up and drove it back from Georgia that way (minor damage and had been taped to seal it off). It since has been professionally repaired and has been through the required mechanic and salvage inspections and now has a rebuilt title.
